Chef Drew Ihrig owns and operates Endive Fine Catering, a full-service, premium caterer featuring an eclectic fusion of world-influenced cuisines. Endive can provide any type of food one could want - from a four course Tuscan dinner to a dizzying array of station options to heavy hors d'ouevres, and more. I really love the fact that Chef Drew takes any request to customize a menu as a personal challenge. Many caterers say they like to customize menus, but not all of them really do. My first experience with Endive was for a Brazilian bride, and when we went for an initial tasting, Kim had reams of paper showing all of her research on Brazilian cuisine, and Chef Drew had prepared the traditional Brazilian dish requested by the bride so well that she hired them on the spot!

Outstanding Service
One of Chef Drew's favorite phrases is "taking care of people," and this truly comes through in every aspect of dealing with Endive, from the tasting where he personally provides more wonderful food than you could possibly eat, to the hands-on, can-do service from Kim, Rhys and Susan during the planning period, to the event itself, where every detail is taken care of and the food is so outstanding you just can't believe it! They truly listen to their clients and tailor a creative, delicious menu to each one's personal taste and needs. They focus on customer service before, during and after the event, and just generally go above and beyond to make each event wonderful. Did I mention the food is fantastic? Ask me about the chocolate pumpkin ravioli from that Tuscan dinner!
